PAIGE PAPILE
DIRECTOR/COACH
TNT's Director, Paige, is a dedicated coach of 12 years, and has been involved in the sport of baton twirling for 21 years. After ending a successful career as a Clarkette athlete, Paige transitioned to becoming a dedicated coach for Titanium Twirlers where she was Head Coach for recreation and competition teams, as well as individual athletes.
Paige is the proud coach of State, Regional, National and Junior Olympic Champion teams and athletes, and is ready to bring the best to TNT! Her organization and communication will ensure that you're in the loop, and her encouraging attitude makes every athlete feel seen and special!

FUN FACT: Paige competed as a member of Team USA in 2015 at the IBTF International Cup in Canada!
MIKAYLA REBUQUIAO
BOARD MEMBER/COACH
Mikayla is a rising force in the NY Baton Twirling world! As our Recreation Team Coordinator, Mikayla is proud to mentor our Recreation coaches, and welcome our new twirlers to TNT!

After retiring from a successful career as an athlete where her team won multiple State, Regional and National team and Highest Scoring National Corp titles, Mikayla earned her Bachelor's in Health Sciences and Athletic Coaching from SUNY Oswego. In 2024, Mikayla led her athletes to becoming Junior Olympic Gold Medalists in the Team and Pom divisions!

Mikayla's creativity and attention to detail is sure to inspire our young athletes into being the best that they can be!

FUN FACT: Mikayla was Captain of the Step Squad at SUNY Oswego, which has led her to creating some amazing Pom Choreography for our TNT athletes!
CAROLINE BAYER
BOARD MEMBER/COACH
Caroline's ready to bring her fun and energetic personality to TNT, as a coach and as our Merchandise Coordinator. Caroline is committed to making sure our athletes look good and feel good both on and off the floor, and is known to build up athletes' self-confidence in just one lesson.

After a successful athletic career as a multi-time Team National Champion, and State/National Intermediate Solo Champion, Caroline has successfully coached Recreation and Competition teams for the past 5 years, and her team recently won Silver at the Junior Olympics for their Baton and Pom Team!

Caroline's creativity, and all-around uplifting attitude, is guaranteed to make your twirler fall in love with baton instantly!

FUN FACT: Caroline is our Dynamite Travel Team's unofficial hair stylist!
ANNA CALLEN
RECREATION "SHOOTING STARS" COACH
Anna is jumping head first into coaching our Recreation program full time! For two years Anna has balanced her roles as an athlete and coach flawlessly, coaching Recreation Teams along with Summer Session groups for Titanium Twirlers.

After a successful athletic career as a AA Team Champion, Junior Olympic Team Champion, and Junior Olympic All-Around Winner, Anna is ready to inspire and lead the next generation of baton twirlers as a full-time coach with TNT!

Fun Fact: Anna was Ms. Paige's first student ever back in 2012!

LYNSEY JARETT
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/COACH
TNT's Assistant Director, Lynsey, is a
2x International Cup Silver medalist, National Champion, and all-around athlete, coach, and judge. Lynsey is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and is committed to our TNT athletes training safely and properly!

After retiring from a very successful athletic career with the Clarkettes, Lynsey started coaching athletes in 2009 at the Competition Team Level.
Lynsey loves teaching two-baton and watching her athletes master technique during practice! Her commitment to technique truly brings out the best in our athletes!

FUN FACT: Lynsey has twirled in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!

GRACE PAPILE
BOARD MEMBER/COACH
Grace is ready to bring her all to TNT, as our Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator! If you know Grace, you know her positive energy, laugh, and smile is contagious, making our athletes feel right at home from Day 1! Grace is the definition of "work hard, play hard", making practices both fun and productive for her athletes, and ensuring that they reach their goals! Grace also is dedicated to planning and running our annual end-of-year Recital, to celebrate all of our athletes' hard work!

After becoming a AA Team Champion, National Team Champion, freestyle finalist and Regional Pairs champion, Grace retired from her athletic career as a Clarkette after 15 years! Since then, Grace has taken the lead on coaching the former Titanium's Competition and Recreation Teams, leading them to great accomplishments at the State, Regional and National level!
FUN FACT: When Grace isn't in the gym, she is in Graduate School studying to become a Speech Pathologist at Stony Brook University!
NICOLE MENECHELLA
RECREATION "SHOOTING STARS" COACH
Nicole is taking her expertise straight from the competition floor and into coaching! After coaching Titanium's Summer Sessions and Recreation Team for the past two years while also being an athlete, Nicole is ready to jump into her role as a full-time coach!

Nicole is retiring from a successful athletic career where she was a proud member of a Beginner National Champion Team in 2023, and gold medal Junior Olympic winning team in 2024, while also winning the Senior A Freestyle event two years consecutively!
​
Nicole can make anyone instantly fall in love with twirling, and is the best with our little ones!
​
Fun Fact: Nicole not only changes the world by inspiring our young athletes, but she also saves the world as a volunteer firefighter and EMT!
ANNIE CARLISI
RECREATION "SHOOTING STARS" COACH
Annie is leaving the competition floor and heading straight into coaching this year! Annie has coached Recreation for two years, as well as summer sessions, where she has gained years of valuable experience and creativity!
After a successful career in baton twirling where she won the prestigious titles of 2023 Beginner Senior Athlete of The Year and 2024 Beginner Senior Patriot Cup Champion, Annie is ready to bring her champion can-do attitude and spirit to the next generation of baton twirlers!
